I was obsessed with making these while I was pregnant with my sweet little Luxe.... Peach & I experimented with so many different fruits & flavors... Below is the base recipe & go crazy with experimenting with flavors for example:
 coconut flake, shredded coconut, mixed raw nuts, macadamia nuts, mint, mixed berries.... FYI - Peach loves chopped banana & we like the raspberries.
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao
1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
sprinkle of salt
handful of macadamia nuts
handful of frozen raspberries

Combined coconut oil, cacao, honey, salt into a saucepan & stir on a low heat for 5 to 10  minutes (make sure you DON'T burn it) 
Cut up fruit & evenly place into cupcake trays or shaped freezer trays & pour in the mixture.
Place into freezer..
